We’ll be back with a Template Thursday later today…

Yesterday was one of the loveliest days I’ve had in a long time. I went to work, school, ran some errands. We never went home. We walked the mall, the awesomely awful dollar store, Spencer’s for some gift ideas…Had some of our favorite Chinese food (which happens to be in the mall)..and finally saw Inception at the $2 theater.

We worked on the new site.

We watched The IT Crowd a little bit (which will tickle you, if you give it a chance).

We had an excellent, simple day. We laughed until our sides hurt…It’s strange to tell each other “I’ve missed you,” when you see each other every day…and I won’t say we were in a rut, because we always enjoy our time together…but the days can run together if you’re not deliberately setting aside time for one another.

LOVE the IT Crowd. And we’re having one of those crazy-busy weeks that we miss each other a lot but just have to get through so we can hang out. Sigh.

dude, right?! it’s one of the best shows around…so funny.
      i understand…it’s nuts out there.

That sounds like a wonderful day. 🙂 What did you think of Inception?

I also think it’s sad that I tell my husband “I miss you” several times during the week.. and on Sunday nights sometimes he’ll say “Goodnight, see you Friday” 😦 I see him every night but it’s not quality time.

Keep embracing your excellent, simple days when they come!

oh man, inception was…awesome. brilliant and awesome and visually stunning…what’s sad, my dear, is that we say “I miss you” when we’re actually spending time together…when we’re sitting on the same sofa…watching a show or something, “I miss you..” yikes.

I understand missing each other even when you see each other all the time too! It’s so easy to get caught up in things…my fiance and I are constantly on separate couches in the living room, each engrossed in our laptops. Sometimes we declare computer free nights so even if we’re just watching tv, we do it together on one couch 🙂

      i definitely agree…i’m having a phone-free day today..computer-free day yesterday…definitely necessary to separate yourself.

So jealous of the $2 theater. Denton has all kinds of crazy cool gems, huh?

We both have really long work days, saying and hearing I Miss You feels so good.

haha for sure…we have these crazy retro movie nights too..so if you missed ghostbusters or breakfast club on the big-screen…they gotcha covered.

Sounds like such a fantastic day-I’m anxiously looking forward to next week when I’ll have some free time to just relax!
