Template Thursday Sneak Peek

We are way too nerdy for the world sometimes. We are all geeked out about Template Thursdays, and we wanted to take a second today, for those of you who are interested, to show you a sneak peek of this week’s non-specific-to-weddings-template.
Angie from One Cat Per Person and Jen from Me, Myself and Bride have both mentioned something I’ve been feeling a bit of as well. A little bit like my life is entering the swirling-wedding-vortex-of-doom. So, to remind myself and others, that, while weddings are fantastic {obviously}, it’s necessary to take a step back. Remind yourself with your cool, calm and collect voice, that there are other things in the world.

The vortex of doom… haha oh man. Your analogies rock. I’d like to think at the end of this swirling vortex is a big ass swimming pool filled with tons of my friends and family splashing around and waiting by the pool bar for me to join them in Orange Crushes (http://www.ocharborside.com/). Yes, the vortex is just like a water slide. Scary and thrilling going down, and so fucking awesome at the end.

Haha, I’m really excited, I know I’m a big nerd. I definitely agree, it’s all cotton candy and a soft landing at the end.
I feel you on entering the wedding vortex of doom! i think its important to “keeps it real” in your wedding plans. some of the best compliments we got on our wedding were from things that were just about US and were not necessarily “weddingy”

I jest, as long as you remember that you are a loving team of two and have each others backs the whole way through it will be a doozy… a few peaks and troughs but it will be one of the most memorable days of your life!
Ahahaha! I meant more like my life is consisting of nothing but looking at weddings all day long. Granted, I get a grace period, because I’ve only just discovered the wedding blog “world”….so get off my back! Okay!? God! Whoa…calm down..just kidding.
No really though, thanks for the tips! Great advice…Isaiah and I are both definitely of the “stick it out through whatever no matter what” mentality and we’re definitely on the same page through everything. Thanks again!
